Aman Singh Baghel is a highly motivated and accomplished individual who is currently pursuing a dual-degree MBA in International Business from ESCP Business School in Europe and Management Development Institute in India. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM IST, Chennai, India, Aman has always diversified himself in various fields such as academics, sports, and social service. Aman has prior experience as a Business Technology Consultant with ZS Associates, where he delivered multiple projects for a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client on new generation Data Warehousing, Data Lake, and Business Intelligence Solution on AWS cloud architecture. He regularly drove requirement gathering sessions, review meetings, internal meetings, and UAT sessions with multiple stakeholders. Aman has also created a Graph Database solution using RDF Graph and AWS Infrastructure for a leading pharmaceutical firm and launched a real-time social media dashboard using RShiny to track the sentiments of 100+ Tweets, Reddit comments, and 1000+ google reviews on a weekly cadence. He automated recurring reports/analyses sent to clients using Snaplogic & AWS Infrastructure to increase efficiency & reduce manual intervention. Aman is currently a Senior Core Team Member of thinc, the prodman club of MDI Gurgaon, where he is responsible for analysis of the latest trends in technology, maintaining & increasing social media presence, and organizing online and offline events conducted by the club for keeping students up to date. He was previously a Junior Core Team Member of the same club, where he was responsible for developing Product Management culture at MDI. Aman's personal and professional experiences have taught him the following: he can successfully create, scale, and optimize the data-driven requirements of the client; he puts his work at most priority to ensure timely completion of work; his gut instinct is good, but he seeks data for making decisions; and he loves to win, but helping the team win gives him greater joy. Aman's education history includes a Master of Business Administration - MBA and a Master in Management, both of which he will complete in 2024, and a Bachelor of Technology - BTech, which he completed in 2020. He also completed High School and Intermediate from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2016. Aman's relevant experience is 1.35 years, and his tech stack includes AWS, product manager, and infra. Aman is an incoming Summer Intern at Amazon and is excited to continue his professional growth in the field of Product Management.
